Honeypotlotto has opened an investment round seeking interested parties to engage in its latest growth strategy, gaining a Northern Territory (NT) lottery license in Australia, after shaking up the European market with their tiny lottery games and software offering.
Since 2017, the Australian start-up and former Maltese licensed online lottery has been shaking up the traditional lottery business with their micro lottery structure, which offers more regular smaller vegas wins and better chances than mega lotteries.
‘A tiny win goes a long way,’ says the company’s motto. Honeypotlotto’s Rodney Andriolo is unafraid to say that the vision “is about understanding what your odds are, and we’re all about tiny victories, not massive wins.”
The quiet achievers have been expanding their software offerings to include a beta Raffle as a Service (RaaS) platform. Honeypotlotto is “ideally positioned to launch its new offerings via an NT license,” creating a first-to-market opportunity.
